IES Guadalpeña  The school is located in the low area of town, next to Guadalete river. It consists of 75 teachers and about 950 students, some of whom have special educational needs. In our school, we teach Compulsory secondary education, “bachillerato” (non-compulsory secondary education), Vocational studies on Computers (both lower and higher grades) and FPB (Basic Vocational Studies) . Students belong to different socio-cultural levels and to different localities around Arcos de la Frontera. These aspects determine different levels of implication and motivation of the students. One element that is  common to all of them is the straightforward and cheap access to Internet on their mobile devices.
This project, in cooperation with other countries, provides us with the opportunity to know, compare, and understand how the different institutions are dealing with this huge issue. Always with the idea of sharing, learning and reaching conclusions to improve our students' awareness of the problem and their positive use of Internet. We can proudly say that our organisation has a wide and long-lasting experience in the fields and objectives of this project : - we have been a pioneer in the implementation of the Bilingual Teaching. This consist of the aquisition, on the students' part, of knowledge in several subjects, through the target language, English - we have a whole section of the building devoted to Vocational Studies on ICT. Thus, the tradition of our school in the use and thorough study of anything related to computer and internet is noticeable at every corner of our building. In addition, our school has the newest optic fibre cable to ensure high speed internet connection. - our school has been chosen to take part in a pioneer experience organized by our regional Education Government: Prevention, Early Detection and Intervention on School Bullying and Cyberbullying. In that framework, our school has begun some activities in the field of teacher training and students'involvement. Some instances of these being role-plays, cyberbullying detection, practical situational training, secure Internet surfing to avoid fakes, Identity theft. Our School prides itself in being a pioneer in using ICT in the classroom. So, most of our teachers use platforms like Edmodo, Flipgrid and the like. We would like to mention as well that our school is taking part in a regional contest of short films about this topic: the dangers of the Internet among teenagers. We intend to make this film a cornerstone of our project adding subtitles in English. For this project we count on the vice-principal of our school, the Head of Studies, the Coordinator of the Bilingual Project and the Linguistic Project and an expert on ICT. All of them have taken part in European Projects before and show the necessary abilities to carry out all the tasks described above. If the mentioned teachers from our school will leave their post, there will be enough teachers, who can substitute them.
Gurlek Nakipoglu Anadolu Lisesi.  Gurlek Nakipoglu Upper Secondary School is located on the outskirts of Bakirkoy Istanbul, where middle class residential stay. The school’s mission is to help students gain more confidence, have more responsibilities and open to new ideas, search and question the things around them and be aware of the importance of arts, sports and science. In this project, our focus is building new networks across Europe and enhancing the European dimension of education by promoting joint cooperation activities between schools in Europe. This project will help students and teachers acquire and improve skills not only in cybersecurity but also in terms of teamwork, social relations, planning and undertaking project activities and using information and communication technologies. Two Comenius Life Long Learning projects were carried out between 2009-2011 and 2012-2014 with 6 European countries. We were a coordinator in one of the projects. We have drama classes based on case studies on cyber security and internet addiction. We joined International Addiction congress in November, 27-28, 2017 with our students. We are trying to prevent internet addiction through our social clubs: entrepreneurship, scout, library, physical education, social assistance and solidarity, civil defense, environment, library and drama club. Staatliche Fach- und Berufsoberschule Erlangen.  Staatliche Fachoberschule and Berufsoberschule Erlangen is a secondary vocational school with about 900 students and 65 teachers in Erlangen, a city with more than 100,000 inhabitants. Our school comprises forms 11 with 13, which take the students to the ‘Fachabitur’ and the ‘Abitur’ respectively, which in turn give them the chance to go to a technical college or the university afterwards. With the project we want to give above all students from families facing difficult social circumstances and from large families the possibility to learn and get in touch with different cultures and to develop to open minded European citizens. At our school we experience that apart from cyberbullying more and more students get addicted to Social Media, Online-Games, etc. and are
becoming therefore less motivated, less capable of concentrating during lessons, less capable of organizing their daily lives and less aware of their own responsibilities for their lives and studies. Too many students leave our school without a tertial degree. With the project we want to help our students to raise their awareness for the benefits but also for the dangers of the Internet. Therefore can contribute a variety of tools and special programs, which we already use sometimes at our school. „Netzgänger“  or Klicksafe ( co-funded by the European Union, are already existing programs for students, which can be helpful to protect young people from undesirable content. Netzgänger was developed in 2009 by the Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg and has already been carried out at many schools throughout Bavaria.
It was nominated for the Klicksafe Award for Security on the Internet. The aim is to promote the media literacy of students and to teach and show them how to avoid potential risks of the Internet. In order to achieve this goal, older students are trained as multipliers, who provide younger students with content of topics like cyberbullying, virtual game worlds, social networks and smart online. Our Fachoberschule Erlangen is in contact with participating schools in the Netzgänger program and has therefore access to many materials, which also can be helpful in our project. In addition, the initiative "Schulen ans Netz", funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Germany, offers very interesting materials, courses etc. to raise the awareness of dangers on the Internet. The knowledge and experience gained from all these programs will be useful for the implementation of our own project. The persons in charge of running the project in the school are: Tanja Päßler (English and Spanish teacher who developed the first media concept of our school ), Hannah Götz (English/Spanish and counseling teacher) and Christian Altmann (Head of the Math department and person in charge of all school partnerships). In case they leave their post, there will be enough teachers at our school, who can substitute them.

ISTITUTO ISTRUZIONE SUPERIORE GIOLITTI-BELLISARIO IIS "Giolitti-Bellisario-Paire" is an education institution located in Piedmont, in the North-West of Italy, near the Alps. As a whole it is a small network of schools, as it includes the Vocational Institute for Catering, Hospitality and Tourism “G. Giolitti”, the Technical Institute for Agribusiness and Agroindustry, the Vocational Institute for Business Services “M. Bellisario”, all of them located in Mondovì and the Vocational Institute for Catering, Hospitality and Tourism “G. Paire”, located in Barge (70 Km from Mondovì). Its strengths are: its historic ties with the territory; its ability to respond in a qualified way to the requirements of the labour market; its vocation to welcome students in situations of disadvantage or with previous schooling difficulties and motivate them to acquire skills and interest in a job. The number of classes amounts to 63 for a total number of 1370 students aged between 14 and 19 of which 219 have special needs, 137 come from other countries. The staff consists of 1 Headmaster, 176 teachers, 43 office workers. We strongly believe in the use of ICT as a means for supporting teaching and for empowering the learning process. Most of the teachers involved in this project have taken advantage of an Erasmus+KA1 mobility to improve their competences in the use of ICT. Our school has implemented two “2.0 classes” in which students learn mainly through digital platforms and tools, other classes use ICT labs and even mobiles during the lessons and the use of school groups to communicate didactically outside the class is becoming more and more popular among teachers. However, we are perfectly conscious of the dangers which the use of the Internet might entail and we often have to face problems both inside and outside the classes. As digital natives, our students could take a great advantage of the use of the Internet and the related apps and tools, but unfortunately it is technology which is taking advantage of them. We have recently discussed about the negative consequences of a misleading use of the internet and we have highlighted the need to have suitable tools to observe, detect and assess risky behaviours. This project perfectly suits our goals and concerns which we understand are shared by many other educational operators We have created a core team consisting of 4 language teachers with knowledge in the use of ICT and/or CLIL to enhance learning, 1 Business and Law teacher with knowledge of the legal aspects of the problem,1 Nutrition teacher the go-between teacher,1 Maths teacher, our school digital reference person,1 Teacher for students with special needs with knowledge in group dynamics, peer learning, bullying and cyberbullying. If the mentioned teachers from our school will leave their post, there will be enough teachers, who can substitute them.
IX Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace   IX Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Sosnowiec is a school located in the south of Poland in an industrial area. It consists of 28 teachers and 205 students. This school year, due to the reform of the educational system, our school has been transformed from a middle school into a secondary school, so at the moment we provide general education for last two years of the middle school students and general secondary education preparing for A-levels for one year of students. As our school carried out an Erasmus+ KA2 project in the years 2014-2017 we are fully aware of the benefits the participation in the program brings to the school as an institution, to teachers and especially to students, including development of linguistic, intercultural, ICT, interpersonal skills. We continue cooperation with our previous partners, but we believe gaining new contacts with European teachers would enable us to provide our students, especially those with fewer opportunities, facing social and economic obstacles, with more possibilities of development. Safe and responsible use of the Internet and social media, as well as increasing the quality of ICT education are priorities of the Ministry Education and of our organization. The results of the questionnaire carried out in our school show that students find it difficult and don’t know how to cope with peer group pressure, most of them are unaware of the dangers of the Internet, as well as of the educational opportunities it offers. Our school has introduced a programme related to the problem of the Internet safety. All students in cooperation with tutors and ICT teachers prepare workshops and presentations on cyberbullying, sexting, the school provides training for parents and teachers. Participation in the project would be a great opportunity to share our experiences and to learn about approaches to the problem of Internet safety used by institutions across Europe. It would also help us to share and acquire knowledge on the possibilities of the use of the Internet in eaching, so as to make the lessons and materials interesting and engaging for students. Thanks to the close cooperation with two local universities, our organization can provide training with specialist in the fields related to the subject matter of the project. The people in charge of running the project will be: Mrs Joanna Janas-Sajdak as coordinator, an English teacher, who coordinated a KA2 project with 7 partners, she completed a sixmonth training on the effective use of ICT in teaching and learning, she is also the author of the Business English syllabus, which uses the Internet as the main source of materials; Mrs Joanna Fochtman – a French and Spanish teacher; Mrs Anna Malecka, an English teacher, she coordinated the Comenius project and has prepared a KA1 project, which purpose is to develop ICT competences of teachers; Mrs Ewelina Stasik, the head teacher. If one of the persons involved is to withdraw, there is a reserve list.
Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Technical College is the only high school located in the peripheral  neighborhood of Burdujeni, Suceava, and it offers educational services for young people and adults. The college, comprising a total of 76 teachers and 1019 students, targets: the theoretical course, day education and low frequency , the technological course and professional school. The SWOT Analysis of the Action Plan identifies as a weak point the fact that over 40% of the students show disinterest towards education in general, this being the result of the poor support of their family as well as the traditional, rigid and ineffective didactic approaches. From the analysis of a questionnaire held on the high school website results that all the students frequently use the Internet, but without realizing the extent of the dangers (e.g.cyberbullying) they face in the online environment. Thus, it is outlined a profile of the student deficient in communicating with family and school, seeking refuge in the virtual environment, becoming victim of the irrational use of the Internet.
Analyzing the data, the following needs emerged at our college level: using modern teaching-learning  strategies to match the individual learning styles, skills and motivation for each pupil; directing students in order to raise awareness, identify, analyze and combat harmful phenomena which are to be found in the online environment;teacher training in the creation and implementation of strategies to control and reduce the negative effects on students caused by the irrational use of the Internet but also of strategies to capitalize on the positive aspects of the Internet use for educational purposes.
We therefore considered that these needs could be covered by specific activities carried out under  an Erasmus + project that would have the effect of rationally, correctly and efficiently managing the use of the Internet. Activities and projects have been carried out previously in our school, dealing with  the topic of internet safety, but the phenomenon has taken on such an extent that we considered it appropriate to identify new experiences and good practices which could help us solve the problems related to the use of the internet. All our school teachers, starting with the school managers, are very well trained and have a rich experience in managing the educational projects at the level of our school, but also at the local, national and European levels. Our school is running an Erasmus+ project on adult education that has allowed us to accumulate the concrete experience in implementing Erasmus+ projects and in the use of e-learning platforms. The coordination of the current project will be assured by a team formed by teachers involved in the previous project (Loredana Gaspar-coordinator, Mihaela Gula-financial responsible, Andrei Nicodim-project website
administrator, Simona Dobrincu-dissemination responsible). If one of the persons involved is to  withdraw, there is a reserve list.
